The NDIS provides Australians, who have a permanent and significant disability, aged under 65, with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life.

Booking Requirements

When making a booking we will require the following information:
• Current NDIS Plan number
• Contact details for person responsible for account
• Written authorisation from person responsible for the account prior to commencing services

    3. If you proceed with our proposal we will arrange a site supervisor, Business Development Manager, Office Manager, trained and experienced cleaners and any other support required to keep you satisfied and your needs met at all times
