Returns Policy
At O’Shea’s, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, please review our returns policy below.
Return Timeframe
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligible Return Condition
We accept returns for:
New, unused products
Slightly used products, provided they remain in good condition and are suitable for resale
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

If returning by mail, customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment where possible.
