At this point in time, we primarily support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We’re not able to take on NDIS-managed participants currently.
Do you coordinate with support coordinators or NDIS plan managers?
We’re experienced in working with both and can provide clear scopes, service confirmations and itemised invoices to them so the NDIS participant can access our services easily and seamlessly.
What services can I book under NDIS cleaning?
We can provide a variety of cleaning services as an NDIS provider, including but not limited to regular home cleaning, deep/spring cleans, move-in support/end-of-lease cleaning, basic household task support and more. Speak to our team to find out what we can do for you.
Can you work around medical appointments or therapies?
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and weekends where needed.
